Sir,
I am writing this mail as a grievance towards a builder known as "Atul Enterprises". We booked a flat two years back with his upcoming society - Alcove in pimple saudagar area. We were supposed to get the possession in September. Its been almost 8 months post the due date and still the place is not in the livable condition.
Although the builder has started giving possessions but the present condition of the surroundings are horrible. The lifts are not running, electircity meters are not installed, there is no gate, not even a proper road to reach the society, forget about the play area for kids.
Our major issue is with the builder and his staff's insensitive approach towards their customers who fell in their trap. Nobody has seen or met Mr. Atul Mundada for past 4-5 months... and his staff at the site is full of false promises.
We are left with no choice but to succumb to his order of taking possessions even when the basic necessities in the society are not met.
The builder has turned a deaf ear towards our vows and is busy with his other projects.
Consumer Forum seems to be the last resort to vent our anger and warn other innocent people falling for the false promises of this builder by the name ATUL ENTERPRISES.
Kindly guide us what evidence is needed to get justice and possession with all completions.
