Beware of Srikhetra builder (Subhadra appt.)

Hi All,

I am one of the owners of Subhadra appt. constructed by Srikhetra builders.

This Srikhetra Builder is not able to complete the basic work in the Subhadra appt, even after three years of flat hand over to owners. Srikhetra builder’s official staffs and the builder himself are not responding to the complaints. I am very frustrated due to this Srikhetra Builder, that plan to resale my flat in Subhadra appt.

Below are the basic complains of Subhadra appt., which are not resolved by the Srikhetra builders.

1. No Water Supply

2. No Lift after three years

3. No Car parking space, which include with the flat.

4. No wire inside the electric wiring.

5. No Drainage for Subhadra appt.

6. Construction is very poor and no maintainace as decided during flat sale.

Please some body help me out in this regard.

Take necessary strong action against the Srikhetra Builder. So, that no people will not be cheated by these types of fraud builders.
