I am in the same boat. Booked a flat with Kumar Builders in Kumar Kruti in 2006 but till today no possession.
I want to take legal action and feel that if many of us can join together, we can fight a strong case.
I am living out of India but will explore all my contacts in India to get the best legal case lodged against the builder.
Who all want to join in this? Please can you mail individually to me at [email protected]
Also, if someone has already lodged a legal case, please can you let me know so that we don't duplicate efforts.
Any other suggestions are welcome but I am really tired of all the delays and the huge loss of money. Also, if you any good lawyers who may be able to help, then let me know as well. I think we all deserve a compensation.
