Regarding Leakage of Ill -legal bathroom of occupant Room no 20, above my bedroom Room no 12 causing immense discomfort

Sub: Regarding Leakage of Ill -legal bathroom of occupant Room no 20, above my bedroom Room no 12 causing immense discomfort.

Sir,

You would recall that in view of the continuous leakage in the toilet situated in the kitchen, you were prompt to act upon our then complaint and raise to ground the toilet. This has added credential to your functioning as Municipal authority.

I now approach you with the similar leakage of Room no 20 .This is not only glaring but disgusting, the bedroom is completely out of commission and my daughter and I have to make shift with the space available, which I confess is most inconvenient. For the sake and comfort enjoyed by the tenants on the top floor you would surely appreciate that is improper and dangerous to continue the use of the bathing room which is leaking and soap water is penetrating when it is used causing an awful stench. Many complaints were lodged with connection etc. They have taken the Muncipality to court in respect to the concern matter suit 102428. The matter since then in the court no action as such has been taken and we are a victim to the ill- legal bathroom causing immense discomfort. When they bathe we too are getting bathed below, and the soap stench remains circulating in the room with a puddle of water on my flooring which causes us to slip due to the soap residue, the leakage has reached to the center where my fan is, which now causes more inconvenience as the fan cannot be switched on as water droplets are on the blades and get collected in the motor which can cause a short circuit. Kindly send someone to inspect the site and take immediate steps to dismantle the same. So as to avoid any mishaps and make us vulnerable victims to loss of life and property, for which the concern officers will be responsible. The delay in the court judgment is no answer to solve this problem as necessary steps and action should be immediately taken.
