Sri Kalki Supreme is a construction company in Hyderabad. Their project in Madeenaguda called Kalki Heights is the worst project I have ever seen in my life. We booked a flat B-403 with them when the project was in the brick work stage in the month of January. Till date the builder has not completed the project and sites reasons like rain as reasons for the delay. His promised date for delivery for people who booked even before us was May. Mr. Ramamurthy Naidu is a big cheat, does not have ethics and does not deserve to be in the construction business. He makes false promises and does not deliver. He does not even have the finance to bring in laborers or pay the Tiles company. Please DO NOT buy any flats from Sri Kalki Constructions. They are in the business of cheating the buyers. The lady Vijayalaxmi who sits in the Kalki office is rude and does not have any information. The site engineer Sridhar is a big cheat and makes promises like your flat will be ready in 7 Days whereas it takes 7 more months even to complete just the painting, switches and sanitary fittings. Please avoid it at any cost.
