Illegal Construction

Sir,

I am a resident of BU Block, SFS Flats, Pitampura, Delhi. In our block the ground floor residents have illegally occupied the ground area by constructing full fledge living rooms on land belonging to MCD outside their houses and after that they have put flower pots on the road side which they have blocked the road. They park there own vehicles and and don't leave any space for the residents of first, second and third floor owners, so that they can park their vehicles.

Ground floor residents have also illegally removed compelte walls to change the interiors of the flatsa s per there requirements, keeping at risk the life and property of people residing on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

All ground floor flats should be thoughly checked by MCD and DDA officials for illegal constructions and removal of critcal walls, before any accident takes palce.
