I had purchased a floor at d-185, swarn jayanti puram, ghaziabad only 17 months before from smt, manju jain. the quality of construction is very poor. the building has developed several cracks. sanitary and electrical work is broken. The seller is not ready to repair the same. Kindly get me compensation of rs.2.5 lac to get the repair work done at my end.
