We have a Permanent Account No. AAHFB9422E and firm Name is BUY INDIA 360 DEGREES, SCO-10, Main Market, Model Town, Ludhiana. Further, you are informed that we had filed the income tax returns for A.Y. 09-10 & 11 through e-filling. And we had applied the refunds for the same. Our Refund value for A.Y. 09 was Rs. 87290/- which was issued by your department vide Cheque No. 188787 dated 24.03.2011 on our Office Address. But, unfortunately the above said refund cheque not received by us, reason being our office was closed at that time.
Now, we ask/ back up at Ludhiana Income Tax Office, but no response from Ludhiana department and they told to us for contact with Bangalore Income tax department.
So, you are requested to please help us in this matter and do the needful at the earliest at your end.
