Lodha's customer service and operator's assistance are pathetic. No response for your call, keeps on hold for long long time, even if you hold for full day say for 8 hrs, the line will not get transferred. Full day their customer service executives are busy...!!! i wonder...!!! Continously i called for 1 week, but still no response, nor they bother to call back... :-(
