Had paid 5 lakhs for their township in sector 99 mohali

I had paid for a plot in sector 99 Mohali a sum of five lakhs ifive years back and was sent a certificate of membership.

They have never contacted us and initially they were on the website of PUDA now are not their when I called up two years back they said they were delayed now it seems their is no news, and we have been cheated.
