I am an NRI and invested in Fashion Technology Park in Mohali in Aug. I booked one 125 sq. ft Studio on 6th floor for Rs. 5 lac with buyback option. I paid Rs. 4.75 lac and balance Rs.25000 was supposed to pay at the time of possession in Sep. 2008. The Chandigarh Overseas Ltd. promised to pay rent for any delay in the possession. So far there is no news or information from the company regarding the project status. Does anyone have any information or the update?
