I paid a token amount to this man (AS Chauhan) for a flat in Sector 12, Koperkhairne, Navi Mumbai. This man didn't paid the token to the owner (who infact knew he was a cheat) and told me that he is unable to give me the flat on rent. When I asked my money back he said that he is facing money crunch and will pay money later. However, he did not pay money even after 3 months passed and on pressurising him, implicated a false police complaint against me of threatening him.
