My name is E.Choodamani w/o Late K.Elumalai residing at:

92, Nattu Pillaiyar Koil Street,

Sowcarpet,

Chennai – 600 001

Sub: Unapproved construction of marriage hall creating more issues at residential place

Sir,

I am residing at the above address. I am one of the owner for this property.

With all, I have given PoA (power of Attorney) to Mr. Balakumar for constructing this as a residential property.

But he misused the powers we gave and constructed an unapproved marriage hall which is creating more issues as few listed below:

i) Metro water being misused to marriage hall – instead of giving it to tenants – and sometimes water blocked for tenants

ii) This unlicensed mini hall creating more noises

iii) This minihall having no parking facilities which makes nuisance to publics on the roads

iv) Also this is creating security threats (strangers are roaming here and there)

v) Electricity power too cutted to tenants – to use it for minihall

So please take action against this unapproved hall which is creating more issues in our day-to-day life and help us live a peaceful life.
