Manupulation after the approval of DTCP in the submitted Layout Plan
DTCP approval is for 40*66 plot but the owner converted into 33*66 plot for registration. Now he wants to sell the rest of the land by blackmailing without any registration document, He made another scetch of 33*66 & after registration I was shocked when I saw the orignal Skecth is of 40*66 12 cents on map with measurment now when asked he telling I want double to triple money for rest 2 cents & by side another plot of 1 ground is their and he wants to sell that land with these 2 cents of my side My site is 33 & 34 in the Map .so what I have to do I want justice What type of Legal action can be taken in Tamil Nadu, India.
