I wrote a letter to EO Kuniamuthur (Third Grade) Municipality, Coimbatore & Copy to Sub - Registrar Madukkarai & Police Station & Village Office Sundakamuthur under the juridiction od law.

Subject :- Application for not to give Permission to Construct House on S.F.No 122 / 1 & 2A Site No.32 (LP/ DTP No 228 / 88) Located at Vishalakshi Nagar, Kovaipudur on Submission of plan for house construction showing more than 2519 sqft ground area of the site No . 32 .

Sir,

With reference to the above subject I have to bring into your notice the following facts.

1. I have come to know that a plan for construction of House on Plot No. 32 of S.F. No.122/1/2A located at Vishalakshi Nagar, Kovaipudur is being submitted for your approval showing more than 2519 sqft of the ground area.

2. Actual Dimensions of the plot as per record is on the North – 65ft, South – 66feet, East 34.6ft & West – 43 feet. Thus total area of the plot is 2519 Sq feet (5 Cents 341sq feet only), For your varification Annex No.1 is Submitted.

3.On the North of the plot there are only 3 plots in the major Approved layout plan ie:- No- 33, 34, & 35 . out of these plot No . 33 and 34 has been registered on my name. Hence the entire land shown in plot No . 33 belongs to me only.

4. The owner of the plot 32 has extended his boundaries illegally towards North Side and Showed excess of 2 cents of land, adding with plot No. 32 submitted for the approval in your office, Thus he is claming 7 Cents 341sqft of land in his possession without any proper Registration Records This is nothing but a matter of Foregery in the land Records.of Site Plan when wholly submitted in 1988 and then not registering plots as approved by D.T.P.

5. The owner of the plot No.32 has claimed excess of 2 cents of land from plot No.33 by producing Un - authentic Records and has misguided the sanctioning authourities. No one has any legal authority to change the Boundaries of Major Layout plan & its Sites submitted in 1988 and approved by D.T.P after 20 years.

6. Lastly, I hope that you will investigate & scruitiny personally the documents produced in your office and shall not permit for any construction on plot No.32 if the owner submits a plan showing more Dimensions of land other than Registered on his or her name. Kindly take all safety Measures.

7 Kindly inform & instruct Sub – Registrar office Madukkarai not to Register any excess of Land on Site N0. 32 S.F.No 122 / 1 & 2A at Vishalakshi Nagar Kovaipudur if produced by any one.
