Change in Builders plan

Build additional Flats in the park area

I had booked a flat in Crossing Republic township in Ghaziabad. The Builder was Crossing Republic Itself. When I Booked a flat they show me the plan. Now in current situation they build villas in Park and Lawn area. Which was not in plan that time. I got my flat Transfer from one location to other and have payed transferred charges and PLC to make sure that i get park facing apartment, but now they have constructed Villas there.

Please let me know what to do in such case
