Appartment delivery indefinite delay

I have booked a flat with Damden Properties, Damden Solarium in Mysore in the year 2008.

The builder put me in a trap by waiving off the Pre EMI for one year, and collecting 90% of the flat price in advance from the bank.

It was agreed to deliver the flat by Aug. But for the last 2 years, the construction is completely stopped at the block where I have booked the flat.

I cannot stop the EMI also, since my agreement is with the bank.

These kind of builders collect money from the bank and buy another property for their next project, and end up in a deadlock, when the market is down.
