Rental Flat not refundable amount

I got rental house through Dipesh Property Solutions, J.B.Nagar, andheri East, Mumbai. i gave security deposite amount. i given one month notice period even though they not refund money. if i asked them they are asking current month rent even not stayed there. y i am wrting means no one go for this Dipesh property Solutions. they would refund ur money, becarefull yourself.
