Booking Amount

Dear All,

I booked an appartment with Lodha builders 2 months ago by paying a booking amount of Rs. 27, 000 through my credit Card. While booking I was not informed that this is a non-refundable anount and no where in the Cash receipt that I received it says that the amount is non-refundable but after some days when I called them to cancel my booking and refund the charges back to my card, they now say that the booking form I signed says that the initial booking amount is non-refundable. my Question is that I have a cash receipt againts my payment and insipte of sending many mail to the lodha's I have got no response from them... pls advice what action could be taken???
