Dear Sir. my consumer no is 202:027:163. They have taken the reading. Reading date 11/09 Reading 1630 consumption Not stated.
I do not know the reason for not stating the consumption.
I have visited the office for payment. They are not able to explain any thing. I am leaving for U.K on 10th. Before that I have to pay the bill.
