It is really painful for me to write to you regardind the unprofessional and callous attitude of your staff in handling my complaint no. 370 dated 12/11/2209. As per the complaint Mr. Prabhas Sharan (PRO) confirmed to me that my vehicle's windscreen was smashed due to fault of our staff on duty & the same would be compensated fully as per the actual cost of replacement. I asked Mr. Prabhas to give this in writing but he declined citing company policies as an excuse but he assured to me in front of Mr. Khosla that you can get it replaced & submit the bills, which will be paid in full within 10 days.
I got the needful done relying upon a gentelman's word. The bill was handed over to Mr. Khosla on 25/11 for Rs.5137/- (five thousand one hundred thirty seven only). I started following up in the first week of December but got to know that Mr. Prabhas has left the organization & Mr. Khosla asked me to give some time since he was overburdened with work due to Mr. Prabhas' exit. I agreed and co-operated with him. After one week, I was told by Mr. Khosla that he is not able to find my bill due to some shifting within their office. He kept on insisting for a duplicate bill which was not possible due to abvious reasons. He assured to me of arranging for a duplicate bill from his own sources on the basis of the estimated amount given by me.
Once again, I relied on him & called on him in the last week of December. I was conveyed by Mr. Khosla that he found the original bill & the same should be paid in no time. Again, I called him in first week of January to know that the same couldn't be processed due to the Directors being out of station for New Year celebrations. I once again called him on 11/01 to know that I will get the DD by this weekend. Again, I called him to know the status as well as the amount of DD for which he directed me to contact Mr. Sharma in Accounts section. I called Mr. Sharma to get a shock of my life that the amount sanctioned was only Rs.3052/-. I categorically refused to accept anything less than the billed amount.
I would like the concerned to look into the matter & remit the full amount immediately without any further delay.
