BEING OVERCHARGED

I purchased an apartment from emaar-Mgf in 2007.

I was given a 7% discount if i paid upfront. The completion date given was 2009.

We are now coming up to 2011 and there is very little progress on the site and on top of this i ventured in as a new client on my recent trip and was offered 13% discount if i bought a flat.

i then explained that i have already purchased one and how come they are offering further discounts to new purchasers whilst the old ones have been left to rot.

a Mr M Kaura said he will look into it and come back to me.

It has been some 3 months and some 15 emails and the net result is that they can give me a further discount if i buy a new flat but cant upgrade me to a larger flat.

I explained that if i had kept some 50 lakh in my account for three years then i cound have now bought 2 apartments rather than sqabble over gaining an extra bathroom.

The customer service is frankly appalling.

I wonder if anybody else has had a similar experiance and if they have managed to get anything out of them.

I would never buy anything from them if i had known this is how they would behave.
