Recently i have purchaseda independent floor in ERA Landmarks in ERA divine Court Sec. 76 Faridabad Project. I have purchased this floor in resale, on 26th Feb, i gievn all payements to the seller that he have given to ERA at ERA's Office. B-24 Sec. 3 Noida.
Also i have given the trabsfer amount of 25 Rs. per SqFt to ERA sothat group can transfer this floor to me. also i gave Loan sanaction letter's copy to pay rest of money by home loan. The executive collect all papers from me & Seller after sign on all documents & then he told me to come on monday to collect the papers that i will submit to bank who is finacing (giving home loan) for disbursement process. At the time of deal that was told me if i pay the demand of around 13.lack before 15th march then i will not pay intrest, otherwsie i will pay intrest from 15th dec to onwards (i have mail of this deal).
that a reason i am trying to pay rest of money before 15th March.
The bank is asking me for the property docuements to give disbursement at time.
That a reason i am in hurry to collect the papers from ERA group ASAP.
As executive commit me for giving documents on monday, i reach the office, the executive was on leave, there was no one to lookafter the job in his presence.
Then i reach on tuesday to meet executive, his behaviour with me was not good, he told me if i come frequently he will not do my work at time.
Its 4 days gone, my work still in pending, executive do not want, i visit to office.
i am depressed, as documetns are delay & disbursement will be delay & ERA will put penalty on me for delay of paymant.
Kindly help me to solve my problem.
The main things is that there are mainly people like me face problems due to moloploy of groups.
