Flat at lodha casa bella

I have booked a flat in casa bella lodha as i had urgent requirment i cancelled the above booking but as per thier terms the are deducting my 10% of the total consideration nearly i have paid about 2, 50000/&-amp; iwill get back the amountafter deducting in 12 equal installment (1, 300000) is there some way to get out of this please help...
