Dear All,

Please be carefull while booking appartments in any projects of Gajra Group/Ellora Group in Navi Mumbai.

I did a mistake by booking an appartment in one of there projects in Juinagar. Inpite of Paying 98% of the cost of the appartment by April' i have not yet receive the possession. we are in July'2010 and after 2 years we still waiting for the Occupany certificate of the building and also a lot of work is pending to be completed in the building.

Please be carefull and think twice before dealing with them.
