Rajesh N is a big fraud -- don`t trust him. There are 20 customer who is running behind him to get their advance money back from him from past 2 yrs. He is a very smooth talker, shows dam confidence while taking. He just not only cheat customer also cheats owner.
One money is paid - he never picks up a phone. He mostly sells sites near Tharunsahay village (MVIT/Airport)... somehow he gets xerox copies of land's document and attract people by offering 4.2 lac per 30X40 site & mostly says it's either GRAMTHANA or DC converted site.
None knows his residential address - so people just run behind his office which is closed.
One of my friend knows his residential address, place he works (seems he is a govt employee in one of reputed institute - grade C or B), But unfortunetly he has paid the full amount of 2 sites so not disclosing his information.
BEWARE OF RAJESH N - He is totally fraud.
