Hi,
I have recently bought a flat from GM GROUP in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The name of the complex is Meena Garden and address is Meena Garden, Solua, Rajarhat, Kolkata - 700136.
The whole construction of the building is faulty.
The Electric meter of Block B is frequently having sparks and anytime fire is expected.
The whole building is just 1 year old and the foundation is shaky. When any heavy vehicle is passing by the whole building is vibrating, god knows what will happen in the coming couple of years.
THE MAIN COMPLAINT IS: The Duct of this Block B is not properly cemented and rain water is getting absorbed and soaking into the wall and entering my Flat. To make things worst its leaking at the place where my main electric board connection is fitted. The situation is very BAD and any time there can be a fire within my Flat. This is happening for the last 1 month.
I have asked the builder to fix this issue As Soon As Possible but there has been no action till now.
I feel very much cheated. In future I'll request Flat Buyers to avoid buying flat from GM GROUP since their construction is one of the worst of its kind and more its bring the whole lot of inevitable risks into personal life causing mental and financial harassment. Our hard earned money is wasted in investing in their property.
My Flat Detail is: Flat B/2, Block B, Meena Garden, Solua, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700136.
