True. I bought a 3BHK in another project of this developer - GOLDEN GRAND, Yashwantpur. He has promised to deliver the apartments by 2009 but even six months beyond this committment, he has not even properly started with electrical works, plumbing, tiling, etc. Only the basic structure has been put and for the last one year, there is minimal progress.

He hardly deploys 20 to 30 workers on any day and this is no realistic way to complete 400 apartments in the 23-floor and 17-floor towers.
