their extent is such that who ever is reading this statement if work throughout his/her life and invest earned savings in purchase of any land/plot, should not be sure that the sale deed is having any weight to live rest of life in peace, these people even use duplicate stamps of government offices, may be even of courts and even for the registrars or judges someone of them may sign, may be somebody stand for being the original owner after buildings are fully constructed here.
