I My Self Harshal Vashi. Apply for gas connection on the name of my father Bipinchandra P. Vashi. Receipt no-1886335 on the date 25/08. the condition of maximum time of three month over till we have not avail Gas connection. we paid respected amount with form.please interfear in this and do as soon as possible.
