I have bought a flat in Gundecha Altura in 2009. In the agreement the builder has written that flat would be given for possession in March but the builder is not keeping up with the schedule. Every month they extend by one more month.
On contacting the builder, we are not getting any adequate response and the builder is not bothered for the flat owners. The approach of the builder is causing a lot of mental trauma for me.
Request all readers of the complaint to convey prospective buyers of the approach of the builder towards completion of the building and their attitude to entertain flat owners complaints.
