Increment of the height of the lane

Dear Sir,

We are residing in Delhi, D-16/296 sec 3 Rohini, our next door neighbor D-16/295 has been purchased by Master Builders Mr. Rakesh Dhawan, and renovating the house, he is increasing the height of the lane outside there house and in the morning when we told them not to do so, they denied. They will do so by today dated 18Apr

So we want you to take immediate action on the same, as if they increase the height it will be problem for them as well as for us also.
