Respected Sir,

I am sending this mail from Muscat, Oman.

During my annual leave I have booked one villa, Type B8, 1707 sq feet. at Homestead Projects & Developers Pvt. Ltd. Perinthalmanna, Malappuram Dist, Kerala & given advance Rs.25, 000/- on 25/06. Due to some family problems I cancelled the villa & asked the builders to refund my advance. The builders sent a mail to me & they adjusted the Rs.25, 000/- for their cancellation charges.

I am requesting here kindly arrange to refund the Rs.25, 000/- as soon as possible.

Their receipt & terms and conditions not mentioned this cancellation charges.
