Dear Sir,

There is a chawl in Dadar West, Batliwala Building, Mumbai - 28. Which is 100 years old which requires redevelopment of the same. But till now the landlord is not yet taken any action for the same. Recently toilets have broken in that chawal (2 nos) and the residents of the chawl have collected the money and reconstructed the same. Residents have informed the landlord to construct the same but he refused to do the same. Every residents of that Chawl staying in a very dangerous state as the building might collapse any time and any moment. Please visit the same and take immediate action other wise lives of more than 100-200 people might go.

Please save the residents and take immediate action in this regard.
