Our society has passed a bill to put up asbestos roof ceiling on the terrace of our building to avoid water seeping in the top floor homes. the per block contribution of the 15 house building has been put up at rs.1- each.. since i have moved in of late i have not been registered as society member so i have no say in the proceedings of society. in the past too a number of measures were taken and plenty of money has been wasted for water proofing of terrace. are there no any alternatives to avoid putting those asbestos roof? please help.
