Non-delivery of cylinde

Sir,

Booked for a cylinder at Sanika Enterprises, L.P.G. Distributor, Baghra Road, Baripada, Orissa as a retailer vide sl no:2900dt26.01.10, but till to-day inspite of repeated approach this could not be delivered. Rather during approach their empoyees are misbehaving &harrassing like anything. My consumer no:600075.Distributor code:302070.Everymonth it has been their usual practice for most of the innocent retailers to facilitate blackmarketing. Please help to provide regular, timebound delivery.
