In continuation of my Emails & Letters, I, Muvva Venkateswara Rao, Plot No.82, 2nd Line, Venu Gopala Nagar, (N.G.G.Os’ Colony), GUNTUR – 522 006 regretted to wish to bring to your kind notice that the concerned RAC, Vijayawada has not contacted me till today and they have not sent the Balance Auction Amount and required information or any reply to my Emails or letters till today.
Sir, I have contacted the Authorities of RAC, Vijayawada through Telephone on 14.11.2009 at 2 P.M., regarding this issue. Sri. Srinivas, Collection Agent of RAC., Vijayawada has lifted the Telephone and using unparliamentarily language like “THE RAC, VIJAYAWADA WILLNOT PAY YOUR AUCTION BALANCE AMOUNT SINGLE PAISE AND WILL NOT GIVE ANY REPLY OR INFORMATION TO YOUR LETTERS, WHATEVER YOU WANT YOU DO AS YOU LIKE AND ALSO THREATENED ME, IF YOU COME TO BANK THEN I WILL SEE YOUR END”. Due to this, I am afraid to come to RAC., Vijayawada. Kindly arrange to give me protection from Sri. Srinivas, Collection Agent of RAC., Vijayawada. Again, I have contacted the Authorities of RAC, Vijayawada through Telephone on 16.11.2009 at 11 A.M., regarding this issue. Sri. Srinivas, Collection Agent of RAC., Vijayawada has lifted the Telephone and again using unparliamentarily language.
Sir, On my Enquiry, it is noticed that Sri. Srinivas, Collection Agent of RAC., Vijayawada has taken an amount of Rs.50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) towards bribes from Sri. Venigalla Pullaiah, who is Bidder of my property. Due to this, he has colluded with Sri. Ravi, Consultant of M/S.CICIR & Ravi Associations, Vijayawada-10 and directed him to hand over my auctioned property on 24.10.2009 i.e. at the time of 25% of Bid Amount paid date. Necessary Video C.D. for evidence was already sent in the reference 1st cited. Moreover, my property auctioned subject entire file is dealt by Sri. Srinivas, Collection Agent of RAC., Vijayawada. No other person of RAC., Vijayawada is having minimum knowledge regarding my property auctioned subject except Sri. Srinivas, Collection Agent of RAC., Vijayawada. Due to this, he is behaving with me as his will and pleasure.
Hence, I request you to kindly arrange to let me know, what is the authorities of RAC., Vijayawada is having interest to handover my auctioned property to the Bidder on 24.10.2009 without taking the total auctioned amount from the Bidder and what is having interest to dodge the issue for sending me the Auction Balance Amount and the Details relating to Public Auction of My Property, which were already requested by me in my earlier correspondence and send the Auction Balance Amount and the Details relating to Public Auction of My Property, which were already requested by me in my earlier correspondence though the total auction amount was received on 04.11.2009 to me or let me know the present status of the affair immediately to my Email Id [email protected], for which act of kindness, I shall be evergreatful to you, sir.
