Not Getting reponse from BMC Esate Department

Dear Sir,

Mu aunt is a senior citizen, her bhanja has applied for transfer of the flat with a forgery document. She has gone to court and made a norarized affidavit against it and Given to BMC estate depart ment concerned person is Mr. Daya Rathod, who is not responding properly ro her queries.

If senior citizen is treated like this then what about the Normal Human Being.

If this complaint is not taken seriously then I will lose trust on this Forum
