Andhra Pradesh Housing Board has owned a land of Ac.50.00 in Tattiannaram Village, Rangareddy district. In the year it has entered into an Development Agreement with M/s. Indu Projects to develop and construct Villas and appartments in the above land. As such, Indu projects has developed the land into villas and appartments through its SPV viz., Indu Eastern province projects private limited and issued advertisements in news papers to purchase the flats in its project called as "INDU ARANYA". Accordingly, I have booked a flat in january and the company allotted Flat No. B2-106 thereby paid entire unit cost, club house fee, car parking fee except electricity and water charges, corpus fund etc., The Developer has promised to handover the flat on or before October with all amenities and facilities and also execution of sale deed etc., Since then till this day, either the owner or developer has not delivered the Flat along with the Occupancy Certificate issued by GHMC which is mandatory as per Building Rules. It has not completed the promised amenities. They have not completed the township as per approved lay out and they have not provided the necessary certificate to occupy the flat. Till this day they have collected Rs.30.00lacks from me and made me to suffer huge financial loss and mental agony. If i have invested the same in any nationalized bank, i would have got interest.By investing in this project, i have lost my money, mental peace and caused mental agony. I lost my money along with interest and i feel that i made a mistake in investing in this INDU ARANYA project.
