Iona Fernandes had to be taken to court for failure to hand over possesion of villa. National Consumer Disputes Redresal Commision Delhi ordered possesion with compensation. Villa handed over 5 years late compensation still pending. Second court case now begun by another puchaser for failure to hand over possesion of their villa.
