My Mother Malathi has purchased a flat from Ittina builders. The flat is located at D1, G 59 Itiina neela apts off hosur road, Electronic city Bangalore, 560100 . According to us they have handed over the flat on end of 2007. But they handed over the flat on 2007 with poor condition. All the inside walls of the flat is snacky and none of the corner finishing was straight, it was zig-zag. Tiles flooring was dancing and floors had a cracks. We have been asking them to make the flat to a livable condition but in vain. They have been delaying the work like anything. None of the amenities are done properly and our GYm as promised were not handed out and our money of around 25k is still not handed out back to us as promised. Moreover, there is no proper response and they have threatened us that if we complain to any source they will end our lives with the gang of goondas they are having. The builder is not at all bothered how much pain, suffering we are undergiong. No flat owners in Ittina Neela apts especially D1, D2, E, G, H block residents are satisfied with Ittina's construction and the way how they behave towards the customers. We have taken the pics of the house we are staying in the ground floor of D1 bloack. Maximum the building will stand for another 3 years before anything happens to us. Its made of 85% of sand and rest only is cement so u can imagine our state of apts.
We have contacted the MD, GM, If anything happens its purely due to poor construction and negligence on the part of Ittina Builders.
The Ittina Director I. Mahabaleswarappa, PM, engineers and supervisers have been contacted but of No use and No response from them.
Kindly do something to save our hard earned property and get us some respite.
