I have taken a plot in installment in Janaharsha (Dream city 2) Estates N Constructions Pvt Ltd, Ibrahimpatnam, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Initially I paid one lakh.
While taking the plot they explained a lot and have given a promise that even at later stage if i will discontinue it, they would help me in transfer the plot to others.
I discontinued the installment payments, but now they are saying that they will not return any amount back and they will be not be able to help me in transfering the plot to other new customers.
I lost one lakh on the waste land at hyderabad.
I advice others not to invest in waste janaharsha and waste their money.
