Not doing registration since last one yea

I had purchased a flat in janapriya mahanagar, balapur x road, meerpet, hyderabad paid the amount for registration purpose before one year. But the concerned official is went on giving time for registration. Nearly i personally visited the office for more than 100 times and dialy doing telephone. But they are least bother. The senior officials are also interested in meeting the customer. You can imagine we meet the senior official we have to wait for more than 4-5 hours and the result is zero. The same sitution is with all the other customer who want to do registration. The janapriya mahanagar a construction of janapriya engineer syndicate, himayatnagar is cheating the people at mass level and the government is also least bother about the public welfare.

Please let me know what can we do for the fast expeditation of registration. I am an employee and cannot give more time for this registration.

Please suggest me what to do.
