L&T ECC have built a residential township called South City Apartments on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. They have mentioned that the entire area on the township is 34 acres and recently relinquished 12 acres to the local municipal corporation thereby cheating all the people who have spent their life long savings in this apartment complex. Shame on them for doing such things to a common man. Nowhere in the sale agreement it is mentioned that part of the property would be relinquished to the government. For selling their apartments they included all the area within the boundary walls and now the boundary wall has been demolished and roads open to public rather than being a gated community. Shame on L&T and land owner (Ranka) for doing this. May god punish them so that they don't do this to anybody else again.
