L&T eventhough it is a big construction company, they don't have any respect to their customers. At every opportunity they are trying to chea their customers in collusion with the land owner and government departments like BBMP, BDA.
They used their money power to bring down the compound wall of L&T South city once they claimed it has gated comunity with exclusive park and roads (as per the sales persons and sale deed). They along with the land owner (DInesh Ranka) cheated 2000 apartment owners in black and white. When the case was in court they bulldozed the disputed area with the help of BBMP lower level people without proper orders. This was achieved by simply bribing the people.
For all the new customers to L&T south city or other cities like chennai, Hyd and coimbatore to read all the sale documents before entering in to agreement with them. Question them to show the documentory proof to all their claims. Who knows they might have reliquished the apartment land itself. All their claims regarding the park, roads, amneties needs to be verified by checking all the documents along with respective govt agencies through RTI befoe buying anyting from L&T ECC.
