L&T sold flats by showing road and park as part of the 34 acre project. This had lot of lung space and place for childern to play. Only later residents realized that 12 acre of this is relinquished by L&T to BDA.
How can L&T claim 34 acres when they have parted away with 12 acres already. Showing 34 acres is a complete breach. This accounted for selling land which rightfully does not belong to them. If they have relinquished the land after the flats are sold, then they have no rights as owners have undivide share of the land. The ongoing alterations to the original plan should be stopped immediately.
