I am a resident owner of an apartment at L&T South City Complex which was developed by the reputed (???) Larsen and Toubro Limited.
In Sale deed and Project Plan L&T shown 34 acres of land and sale deed is on stamp paper. Now L&T says thjat 12 acres of the land has been relinquished to Bangalore Development Authority and the project area is now only 22 acres.(They gave away 12 acres to BPMP as if it is their Grandfather property after charging money from all the people who bought Apt here).. Shame on L&T to cheat people like this.
Cheatting reality (not a Story) does not end here: This property does not have 'Rain water harvesting'. After govt insisted, they dug up 2 large pits within the complex to do rain water harvesting. But nothing has been done to convert it into an operational sump. It is a big ditch, a breeding ground for mosquitoes and a big danger to kids playing in the area.
Now to make the dramma bigger, our BPMP suddenly came with some police force, demolished the fence and made a big drama. One thing is clear, Ana hazara is fighting corruption in North but in South, big corporates are looting not only govt money but from 'Normal men pockets also'.. God save us. I hope this govt in Karnataka help us southcity apartment owners recover some money from this corporate gundas and real estate gundas.
