As per the sale deed signed by L&T ECC favoring me (Arun Panayappan), I am entitled to a share in the land of the apartment complex which included 34 acres. Without my knowledge L&T ECC has agreed with BBMP to relinquish 12 acres of the 34 acres. So, unlike stated in my agreement registered, I am now not eligible for a share in all of the 34 acres.
I request you to take action so that the fraud committed by Larsen & Tubro company in association with Ranka developers be exposed. I further request your intervention so that the builder compensates me for the loss monetarily and mentally. I seek a compensation of Rs.25 lacs for my share in the 12 acres relinquished by L&T ECC to BBMP without my knowledge.
