Cheating by the builder
Its been almost one year that we have moved in River Height and we are yet to get allocated car parking space. Also builder is trying to sell ground floor open green space as parking. This is quite serious issue. Also presently the builder's complete focus is on erecting and selling Tower-15 whereas the present residents are suffering because of various urgent issues that require immediate attention of the management team of Land Craft Builder (Garg Group).
We all have paid maintenance and club fees since we moved in, and its almost a year since then but there is no sign of club, swimming pool, getting complete. Who will give us the details of the huge sum of money paid by us for all these facilities we were supposed to use from the day we moved in River Height.
Builder is also not strict to the Judecial aggrement which he made under the sale aggrement, instead of residential complex the appartment were rented for commecial activities like beauty parlour, confectionary store etc.
On the part of electricity bill the transperancy is not maintained and only a portion of collected electricity bill is given back to the state electricity board and the remaining amount lying with builder management with a smart manupulation.
With in a period of one year the cealing of the flats getting cracks, it shows the quality of work and material used.
