Sub: Request for Police Department Intervention against harassment of Late Army Officer’s Family by Property Goons
Sir,
This is in continuation to the complaints submitted to various government agencies
Dated 02/11/07, 02/05/08, 17/03/09, 14/11/09, 22/06/10, 13/07/10, 13/02 and 14/04.
1. That property No. R 544, New Rajinder Nagar is under litigation for the last 21 years between Gopal Piplani and Lt. Sh. Anil Piplani and his Legal Representatives.
2. That in 1991 the honourable High Court ordered that no outsider is allowed to enter the property without the permission of the court. Photocopy of the order is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
3. That Sh. Gopal Piplani and his wife Suman Piplani have over the last many years issued Power of Attorney’s in Favour of multiple people many of them professional goons like; Mohinder Singh Matharoo in the past and latest to Ajay Vinayak which is contravention to the High Court Orders as ‘Annexure B’.
4. That Gopal Piplani and his wife Suman Piplani have criminally conspired in association with these goons and have tried to illegally dispossess the legal residents of the said property forcefully and also tried to sell a part of the property.
5. That on 20th Jan the Honourable District Judge ordered probate Judgement in Favour of ANIL PIPLANI and his LR’s and appointed ANIL PIPLANI and his LR’s as the Sole executer of this property. Photocopy of the orders enclosed as ‘Annexure C’
6. That Sh. Gopal Piplani also entered into an agreement to sell with Sh. Vinay Chhabra R/O 8/16, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi on 14/07/08 which is a clear contempt of Court and for the same an application is being filed by my legal council. Photocopy of the agreement with signatures of Sh. Gopal Piplani and as witness that of Mrs. Suman Piplani is enclosed as ‘Annexure D’.
7. That on 22/06/10 I have submitted to the sub-registrar Asif Ali Road, that no request to register the property in the name of any person whosoever being filed by Gopal Piplani or his agents, Mohinder Singh Matharoo and his associates; Vinay Chhabra and Purshottam Vinayak, his son Ajay Vinayak; Peter/Baadshah and other local Property goons should be entertained, as the matter is pending in court with final orders yet to be given.
8. As has been directed by the court status quo must be maintained.
9. That Sh. Anil Piplani, my father; passed away on 11th Feb.
10. That thru numerous complaints to all relevant government authorities I have reported these land grabbing attempts and criminal intimidation being done.
Over the past few months from time to time I have been receiving threats by Gopal Piplani/Suman Piplani and their associates namely Peter, Purshottam Vinayak, his son Ajay Vinayak, Vinay Chhabra and Mohinder Singh Matharoo both over the phone and in person about forceful entry into my property and against well being of my family. I have sent repeated requests to all quarters to protect the life and property of my family but to no avail.
I request the Police Dept. to take necessary action and protect my family and assets from these goons; as this has led to a lot of mental trauma and harassment of the entire family.
My father had given the best part of his life to this nation and now that he has passed away I expect that my mother can live peacefully in our ancestral home.
